City Cupboards® ensures that all of our products are of the highest, A-Grade quality, delivered in a 1-2 working day period or on a date of your choosing.

Should it be that your item(s) are defective in any way or you're simply unsatisfied with your order lease drop us an email on orders@citycupboards.co.za or WhatsApp on 076 875 0391 & refer to the below guidelines.

If you are for whatever reason wanting to return your item(s) you may do so up to 30 days after you've received one of City Cupboards's® products.

We offer a FULL 12 month warranty + FULL 30 day 100% money-back/ exchange guarantee on all products.

 

DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ITEM:

  1. Log your defect by sending a mail to orders@citycupboards.co.za or WhatsApp on 076 875 0391.
  2. A return must be logged within 30 days of receiving your products.
  3. The item being returned qualifies for return - i.e is defective or is not one of the item(s) you ordered, & is in the same condition you received it in.
  4. The item ordered is solely the responsibility of the customer up until it is collected by City Cupboards® (Please refer to the Consumer Protection Act 68. of 2008).
  5. Once received back at City Cupboards®, a new & correct item will be dispatched to you. WE WILL NOT DISPATCH OUT NEW STOCK UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR OLD STOCK BACK.

 

REFUND OF ORDER:

  1. Log your return & refund by sending a mail to orders@citycupboards.co.za or WhatsApp on 076 875 0391.
  2. Returns & refunds must be logged on the same day of receiving your products & be brought back within 30 days after receiving your item(s).
  3. Send us back your order in the condition you received it in, in its original packaging along with receipt of purchase to the address in the site footer.
  4. Once we've received this back at City Cupboards® this will go through inspection.
  5. Once inspection has been 'OK'd' we'll REFUND YOU 100% OF YOUR MONEY BACK.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  1. Any items bought with a discount.
  2. Any items that have been used & are unusable.
  3. Items not received back in their original condition.
  4. Items that have been tampered with.
  5. Items returned without the receipt of purchase/ email or phone number linked to the order.
  6. Items not returned within the 30 day window from time of taking delivery.
